I HAVE BEEN MAKN THESE BURGERS FOR MANY YEARS MOIST N TASTY...I CHANGE UP BLUE CHEESE N MAKE CHEDDAR FOR MY DAUGHTER... STILL GREAT.

- 8 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup blue cheese

Step 1IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER TURKEY, CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED ONIONS N SOY SAUCE. SEASON WITH SALT N PEPPER....refrigerate for 30 minutes (if time allows) form 4 burgers.

Step 3LIGHTLY OIL GRATE BY PUTTING SOME VEG.OIL ON A PAPER TOWEL N USE A PAIR OF TONGS TO MANUVER OVER HOT GRATE. PLACE BURGERS N COOK FOR ABOUT 8 MIN. PER SIDE. TOP W/BLUE CHEESE DURING LAST FEW MINUTES THEN ....ENJOY!
