Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1-1/4 ounce pkg dry taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces container lite sour cream
- 1 cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mexican blend cheese.
How To Make mexican taco casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, cook ground turkey until browned.

Step 2Remove skillet from heat. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, taco seasoning and garlic powder. In bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese.

Step 3Place 1/2 the tortilla chips in bottom of casserole dish. Top w/ 1/2 the ground turkey mix. Top turkey ix w/ 1/2 the sour cream mix. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered 30 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
