Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup hot taco sauce
- 2 tablespoons bbq sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup finely crushed baked tortilla chips.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese blend
How To Make mexican-style meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 8" x 4" loaf pan.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Pack mix into pan. Cover w/ foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 mins. Remove foil, sprinkle w/ cheese, bake until cheese melts.
