My entire family loved this. I was just playing around in my kitchen and wanted to see if I could make a lighter burger my fussy eaters would like.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons italian bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 can (small) roasted green chilies, diced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mexi burger

Step 1Mix well all ingredients. Form into patties

Step 2Spray Extra Virgin Olive Oil, onto grill (remember you are working with turkey so be sure to coat grill so the turkey will not stick)

Step 3Cook till desired done-ness (We like Well Done) and enjoy
