I wanted a healthy burger recipe, and I think I created one that is healthy AND tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • - black pepper, to taste
  • - feta cheese

How To Make mediterranean turkey burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients (except feta cheese) together in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Form into 4 patties.
  • Step 3
    Grill, or cook in a frying pan on the stove, about 10-20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Top with sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, and Tzatziki sauce (I have posted this recipe as well!).
  • Step 5
    You can do these with or without a bun.
