I wanted a healthy burger recipe, and I think I created one that is healthy AND tasty!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    black pepper, to taste
  • ·
    feta cheese

How to Make Mediterranean Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients (except feta cheese) together in a bowl.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill, or cook in a frying pan on the stove, about 10-20 minutes.
  4. Top with sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, and Tzatziki sauce (I have posted this recipe as well!).
  5. You can do these with or without a bun.
