1 lb
ground turkey
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1 1/4 tsp
garlic powder
black pepper, to taste
feta cheese

How to Make Mediterranean Turkey Burgers


  • 1Mix all ingredients (except feta cheese) together in a bowl.
  • 2Form into 4 patties.
  • 3Grill, or cook in a frying pan on the stove, about 10-20 minutes.
  • 4Top with sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, and Tzatziki sauce (I have posted this recipe as well!).
  • 5You can do these with or without a bun.
