Ingredients For majestic meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion/mushroom soup mix
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 md
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 clove
    garlic (chopped or crushed)
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    seasonsed bread crumbs (more if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch
    crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, light
  • 1 c
    grated casserole cheese
  • 1 can
    pepperidge farm crescent rolls

How To Make majestic meatloaf

    In a mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, liption onion soup mix, sliced mushrooms(drained), chopped onion & bell pepper, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes (or any other seasonings that you prefer. Don't overwork the ground turkey but blend well.

    Put in a glass baking dish or oven pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until meat starts looking cooked.

    TAke out of oven and spread cream of mushroom soup over top of meat evenly. Then, sprinkle grated cheese over soup. Lay out the Crescent rolls (flat) on top of the entire dish covering as much of the meat as possible.

    Place back in oven for 20 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes for juices to come back into meat mixture.
