loaded turkey burger

this turkey burger is very juicey and loaded. the grilled onions makes it soooo good.I also sever with thick cut bacon, tomatoe, spinanch,pickles,very little mustuard and grill my buns.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound gound chuck
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 - shallot finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon applewood rub seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno peppers( take seeds out)
  • - sprinkle top with sea salt and fresh pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced up smoked bacon
  • HERB MAYONNAISE : FOR THE BUN
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced mixed fresh herbs (basil,oregano, and cilantro

How To Make loaded turkey burger

  • Step 1
    Mix all the patty ingredients thoroughly. make sure the mixture is cool. divide mixture into 6 equal balls and mold into patties.
  • Step 2
    can use outdoors grill or stove top grill. lightly salt and freshly ground pepper and grill for 3 minutes turning once or until done.
  • Step 3
    grill some sweet onions until golden brown, split your rolls and grill.
  • Step 4
    top with Mayo, spinanch. tomatoes pickles the grilled onions, a little mustard. and Enjoy! Serve with home fries.
