Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ruby port or 1/2 cup grape juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 cup lingonberry jam
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - cornstarch to thicken
How To Make lingonberry sauce

Step 1In a heavy sauce pan Add port wine, chicken stock, whipping cream, and thyme. Reduce by half.

Step 2Then add lingonberry jam, red wine vinegar, and orange peel, grated. And simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3And then thicken with cornstarch.
