Everyone is done eating turkey and leftovers in about 2 days at my house. But I don't like food to go to waste. soooo, time for soup.still get rid of the leftovers. But no one complains because they are in a different form. quick, easy, and tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion,chopped
- 3-4 cups left over turkey, chopped or shreded
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatos
- 2-4 cups leftover gravy
- 8-12 cups water(water amount depends on size of crock pot & whether u like your soup thick or thin.)
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1-2 - (depending on how many noodles u like in your soup)bag/s or box/s either egg noodles or fettuccine noodles
How To Make leftover, but not over the hill soup

Step 1put the water in a med-large stock pot. mix in your corn starch. mix it well.(no lumps)

Step 2add all the other ingredients. turn heat on a med-low. simmer for at least 1 hour. I have let mine simmer on low for up to 4 hours.

Step 3add egg noodles or fettuccine noodles(break fettuccine noodles in half)1 hour before serving.on low heat. eat and enjoy!
