juicy turkey burgers
When I first came up with this turkey burger recipe, my wife informed me that they were the best burgers of any sort she has ever had. She said she is done with beef hamburgers from now on as long as I keep making her these!

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 - small shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon porcini mushroom powder
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
How To Make juicy turkey burgers

Step 1Lightly beat the egg in a large bowl. Add turkey, parsley, shallots, and seasonings and massage mixture together. Form into 3 or 4 patties, depending on the desired thickness.

Step 2Heat a large skillet. Add canola oil. Cook patties 5 – 6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 175°F.

Step 3Serve with desired vegetables, toppings, and condiments on a bun or in a pita pocket.
