cornflake crumbs
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1 large
egg, beaten
1 Tbsp
turkey breast tenderloins
2 Tbsp
4 large
lettuce leaves
submarine rolls, split, toasted
1/4 c
ken's lite creamy italian parmesan dressing
2 medium
tomatoes, thinly sliced

How to Make Italian turkey subs


  • 1In shallow bowl, stir together cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg and water.
  • 2Dip turkey tenderloins first into egg mix, then coat w/ crumb mix.
  • 3In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook turkey tenderloins for 8-10 mins, or until browned, turning once. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top w/ turkey, dressing and tomato slices.
