Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 - turkey breast tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 - submarine rolls, split, toasted
  • 1/4 cup ken's lite creamy italian parmesan dressing
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

How To Make italian turkey subs

  • Step 1
    In shallow bowl, stir together cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg and water.
  • Step 2
    Dip turkey tenderloins first into egg mix, then coat w/ crumb mix.
  • Step 3
    In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook turkey tenderloins for 8-10 mins, or until browned, turning once. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top w/ turkey, dressing and tomato slices.
