Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 - turkey breast tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 4 - submarine rolls, split, toasted
- 1/4 cup ken's lite creamy italian parmesan dressing
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
How To Make italian turkey subs

Step 1In shallow bowl, stir together cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg and water.

Step 2Dip turkey tenderloins first into egg mix, then coat w/ crumb mix.

Step 3In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook turkey tenderloins for 8-10 mins, or until browned, turning once. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top w/ turkey, dressing and tomato slices.
