  • 1/2 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 large
    egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 4
    turkey breast tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 4 large
    lettuce leaves
  • 4
    submarine rolls, split, toasted
  • 1/4 c
    ken's lite creamy italian parmesan dressing
  • 2 medium
    tomatoes, thinly sliced

How to Make Italian turkey subs


  1. In shallow bowl, stir together cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg and water.
  2. Dip turkey tenderloins first into egg mix, then coat w/ crumb mix.
  3. In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook turkey tenderloins for 8-10 mins, or until browned, turning once. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top w/ turkey, dressing and tomato slices.
