Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 - 15 oz can italiaan-style tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms.
  • 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 - 10 oz pkg ,( 10 biscuits,) refrigerated biscuits, such as pillsbury.

How To Make healthy upside-down pizza casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Cook ground turkey until almost browned, add mushrooms, cook for 3-4 min more. Stir in tomato sauce and heat through. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Flatten each biscuit w/ hands and arrange biscuits on top of cheese. Bake 15 min, or until biscuits are golden.
