How to Make Healthy upside-down pizza casserole
- 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Cook ground turkey until almost browned, add mushrooms, cook for 3-4 min more. Stir in tomato sauce and heat through. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Flatten each biscuit w/ hands and arrange biscuits on top of cheese. Bake 15 min, or until biscuits are golden.
