My dad would make this on a saturday and then we would have meatloaf sandwiches for the following monday, if there was any left, lol.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 - egg whites, beaten
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make healthy turkey meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onions, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg whites and salt & pepper.

Step 2Mix well w/ hands. Place mix in center of baking sheet. Shape into a loaf. Spread remaining bbq sauce on top of loaf. Bake 1 hr.
