How to Make Healthy turkey meatloaf
- Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onions, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg whites and salt & pepper.
- Mix well w/ hands. Place mix in center of baking sheet. Shape into a loaf. Spread remaining bbq sauce on top of loaf. Bake 1 hr.
