My dad would make this on a saturday and then we would have meatloaf sandwiches for the following monday, if there was any left, lol.

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb
ground turkey breast
1/2 c
plain bread crumbs
1 c
chopped onion
1 c
favorite bbq sauce
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2
egg whites, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Healthy turkey meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onions, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg whites and salt & pepper.
  • 2Mix well w/ hands. Place mix in center of baking sheet. Shape into a loaf. Spread remaining bbq sauce on top of loaf. Bake 1 hr.
