    ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 c
    whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Healthy turkey-feta burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a lg skillet, place over medium heat. Mix all other ingredients in a lg bowl. Make 4 turkey patties.
  2. Press a thumb into middle of each burger. Cook patties for 5-6 mins per side.
