  • 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make healthy turkey-feta burgers

  • Step 1
    Spray a lg skillet, place over medium heat. Mix all other ingredients in a lg bowl. Make 4 turkey patties.

    Press a thumb into middle of each burger. Cook patties for 5-6 mins per side.
