These burgers are so yummy!
I finally brought the grill out and made these.

  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    snipped fresh dill
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 4
    hamburger rolls, split
  • 4
    lettuce leaves
  • 4
    tomato slices

How to Make Healthy spiced-up turkey burgers


  1. In lg bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Add crumbled turkey. Mix well.
  2. Shape mix into 4-3/4"-thick patties. Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for about 6-8 mins per side.
  3. Serve patties on rolls w/ lettuce and tomato.
