These burgers are so yummy!
I finally brought the grill out and made these.

Ingredients

1/2 c
chopped onion
2 Tbsp
low-fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp
snipped fresh dill
1-1/2 Tbsp
hot sauce
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 lb
ground turkey breast
4
hamburger rolls, split
4
lettuce leaves
4
tomato slices

How to Make Healthy spiced-up turkey burgers

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Add crumbled turkey. Mix well.
  • 2Shape mix into 4-3/4"-thick patties. Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for about 6-8 mins per side.
  • 3Serve patties on rolls w/ lettuce and tomato.
