Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
- 1-1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 4 - hamburger rolls, split
- 4 - lettuce leaves
- 4 - tomato slices
How To Make healthy spiced-up turkey burgers

Step 1In lg bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Add crumbled turkey. Mix well.

Step 2Shape mix into 4-3/4"-thick patties. Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for about 6-8 mins per side.

Step 3Serve patties on rolls w/ lettuce and tomato.
