I finally brought the grill out and made these.
Ingredients

1/2 cchopped onion
-
2 Tbsplow-fat plain yogurt
-
1 Tbspsnipped fresh dill
-
1-1/2 Tbsphot sauce
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1 lbground turkey breast
-
4hamburger rolls, split
-
4lettuce leaves
-
4tomato slices
How to Make Healthy spiced-up turkey burgers
- In lg bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Add crumbled turkey. Mix well.
- Shape mix into 4-3/4"-thick patties. Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for about 6-8 mins per side.
- Serve patties on rolls w/ lettuce and tomato.
