Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - celery stalk, chopped
- 1 - 46 oz bottle v-8 tomato/vegetable juice, perferably spicy
- 1 - 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, each
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 - 15.5 oz can chili beans
How To Make healthy saucy chili

Step 1Spray a lg pot w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Brown ground turkey, onion, green bell pepper and celery until onion is soft and turkey is coooked fully.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients to pot. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 hrs. Top off each bowl w/ some light sour cream, if desired.
