Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk ground trukey breast
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups medium-sized pasta shells.
- 2 - 14-1/2 oz cans chopped whole tomatoes.
- 1 - 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained.
- 1 - 10 0z pkg frozen kernel corn, thwaed.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
How To Make healthy minestrone casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, cook sausage and celery for 10 min, or until turkey is browned, breaking it up as you cook. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg bowl, put sausage and celery mix and remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour pasta and sausage mix into casserole dish, top w/ cheese. Cover w/ foil, bake 40 min.
