Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup egg beaters, egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash salt-free seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
How To Make healthy creole meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a rimmed lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine onion, green bell pepper, rolled oats, Egg Beaters, milk, garlic, italian seasoning, Mrs. Dash seasoning and cajun seasoning. Add ground turkey and mix well.

Step 3Using a rounded measuring tbsp, Shape turkey mix into 1-1/4" balls. Arrange meatballs in pan. Bake, uncovered 25 min, or until browned.
