healthy and delicious turkey meatloaf
(2 RATINGS)
I needed a recipe for turkey meatloaf because I love meatloaf but didn't want the fat in ground beef. I started experimenting with whole wheat breadcrumbs in order to cut down on white flour. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic-so I need low sugar, complex carbohydrate dishes. I think this fits the bill, with delicious results! I particularly like leftovers the next day on whole wheat bread as a sandwich.
