I've used this recipe for years, & we think it tastes just like sausage, without all the fat. Use it just as you would sausage, alone or in any recipe that calls for sausage. I hope you enjoy it too!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons ground sage (dried)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package (individual packet) equal or similar sweetener
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
How To Make ground turkey sausage

Step 1In a large bowl, place meat, & press out & up sides, so spices can be sprinkled on evenly.

Step 2In a small bowl, place remaining ingredients & stir well to combine. Crush & stir in any small lumps that may be present, so all is well mixed.

Step 3Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over whole surface of meat, then knead the meat as you would bread, til all is well mixed.

Step 4Use as you would any ground sausage, as is in patties, or in any recipe calling for sausage.
