Ground Turkey Sausage
2 lbground turkey
2 tspground sage (dried)
1 tspground black pepper
1 pkg(individual packet) equal or similar sweetener
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/8 tspground cloves
How to Make Ground Turkey Sausage
- In a large bowl, place meat, & press out & up sides, so spices can be sprinkled on evenly.
- In a small bowl, place remaining ingredients & stir well to combine. Crush & stir in any small lumps that may be present, so all is well mixed.
- Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over whole surface of meat, then knead the meat as you would bread, til all is well mixed.
- Use as you would any ground sausage, as is in patties, or in any recipe calling for sausage.
