These are fabulous. nnot a big turkey eater until i tried this
we'd eat every they're grand

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 1/8 box
    prepared stuffing mix (i buy the cheap ones)
  • 1/4 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    celery,
  • 1-2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs

How to Make Ground Turkey Patties YUM

Step-by-Step

  1. these are approximate amounts. I just chop and throw them in.
    Mix all together. Form into patties
  2. Brown patties (I do it on a griddle.)
  3. Serve with turkey gravy or brown gravy mashed potatoes, or rice or noodles and a vegetable.

    they are fantastic

    they also freeze well if you make a large batch
  4. Ground turkey (at least here in NoCa seems to comed in 1-1/4 pound packages.
