Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup almond meal or panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 dash worchester sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tajin seasoning

How To Make green chili turkey burgers

  • Step 1
    Dice onion and cilantro. Lightly oil a large shallow frying pan with EVOO and 1 Tbsp of butter.
  • Step 2
    In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients and form into eight burgers.
  • Step 3
    Place burgers into heated pan after butter is melted, and fry 5-8 min on each side till done. Do not overcook.
