Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 c
    almond meal or panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    worchester sauce
  • 1 tsp
    tajin seasoning

How to Make Green Chili Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice onion and cilantro. Lightly oil a large shallow frying pan with EVOO and 1 Tbsp of butter.
  2. In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients and form into eight burgers.
  3. Place burgers into heated pan after butter is melted, and fry 5-8 min on each side till done. Do not overcook.
