Here is my creation for the sammie challenge this week. Family and Friends - To me family and friends are one in the same. So many think of family as coming from the same bloodline, I do not. The saying goes, "blood is thicker than water". I say, "the love that flows from my heart to another, is greater than the blood that flows through my veins". So to me there is no difference, where you find love, you also find family. It's just that simple.

Ingredients For fabulous fignini feast

  • french fries
  • fried eggs
  • french bread
  • feta cheese
  • fig preserves
  • fried frankfurters

How To Make fabulous fignini feast

  • 1
    I boiled the frankfurters and then cut them in half and fried them. I then fried the insides of the french bread. Next made my french fries. Last fried the egg.

    Assembly: Sprinkle the feta cheese on the bread. Layer frankfurters next. French fries are next. Fried egg last. On the empty side of the bread, I spread the fig preserves. Put the two halves together and grilled the sandwich on my stoptop grill to make it nice and warm. Dig in and eat.

    The fig preserves really put this over the top and I'll be honest I couldn't quit eating this. It was delicious. Not figure friendly. hehe
