Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 - 16 oz can pinto beans, drained
- 1 - 10 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 32 ounces lower-sodium chicken broth
- 2-1/2 cup chopped, cooked turkey
- - sour cream for garnish
- - shredded mexican style cheese for garnish
How To Make easy turkey taco soup

Step 1Heat oil in lg saucepan over med-high heat. Add corn, cook 3 mins, stirring. Add beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning mix.

Step 2Add broth. Cover, bring to a boil over high heat. Stir. Add turkey. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ sour cream and shredded cheese to top off the soup.
