What could be easier than skillet nachos? Use ground beef if you want, but to make it healthier, I used ground turkey breast. Taste better to me! Just saying....

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast, or ground lean beef
- 1 - chopped onion
- 2 cups spicy picante sauce
- 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 - 12 oz bag tortilla chips
How To Make easy skillet nachos

Step 1In lg skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey and onions. If using beef, drain fat from skillet.

Step 2Add picante sauce, beans and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 5 mins. Stir in tomatoes and olives.

Step 3Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle w/ cheese. Spoon sour cream over center of mix. Place chips around the edges of skillet.
