  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast, or lean ground beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh oregano
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 can(s)
    red kidney beans, drained
  • 3
    8 oz cans no sugar added tomato sauce
  • 1
    12 oz can mexicorn
  • 4 oz
    reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese

How to Make Easy nacho skillet


  1. In lg skillet, over medium heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Stir in peppers, sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.
  2. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 mins. Top w/ cheese. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
