Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast, or lean ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 3 - 8 oz cans no sugar added tomato sauce
- 1 - 12 oz can mexicorn
- 4 ounces reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese

Step 1In lg skillet, over medium heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Stir in peppers, sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.

Step 2Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 mins. Top w/ cheese. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
