Easy nacho skillet
Ingredients

1 lbground turkey breast, or lean ground beef

1onion, chopped

1green bell pepper, chopped

1red bell pepper, finely chopped

2 tspsugar

1 Tbspfresh oregano

2 Tbspchili powder

2 can(s)red kidney beans, drained

38 oz cans no sugar added tomato sauce

112 oz can mexicorn
-
4 ozreduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
How to Make Easy nacho skillet
- In lg skillet, over medium heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Stir in peppers, sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 mins. Top w/ cheese. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
