This is great as a dip served w/ tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast, or lean ground beef
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
  • 3 - 8 oz cans no sugar added tomato sauce
  • 1 - 12 oz can mexicorn
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese

How To Make easy nacho skillet

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet, over medium heat, brown ground turkey and onion. Stir in peppers, sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.
  • Step 2
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 mins. Top w/ cheese. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
