Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces frozen corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 ounces salsa
- 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat,shredded mexican-style cheese
- - crushed baked tortilla chips
- - sour cream for garnish
How To Make easy crunchy taco casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place pan over med-high heat. Brown ground turkey. Add onion and green bell peper.

Step 2Cook until tender. Add corn, taco seasoning, water and salsa. Mix well. Spread 1/2 of turkey mix into a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Step 3Top w/ some crushed tortilla chips and then a handful of cheese. Spread remaining turkey mix over cheese and top w/ remaining chips and cheese. Bake 20 mins. Serve w/ sour cream.
