Ingredients

  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    kalamata (greek) olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2
    fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1
    4-6 lb fresh turkey breast
  • 3 clove
    chopped fresh garlic
  • 3/4 c
    chicken stock
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour

How to Make Crockpot Meditteranean Turkey

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Add 1/2 of the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4-4 1/2 hours.
  3. Combine remaining broth and flour with a whisk in small bowl and add to crock pot.
  4. Cook additional 30 minutes.
  5. Slice turkey on cutting board or shred it. You can serve it over mashed potatoes or as a sandwich on crusty rolls.
