Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup kalamata (greek) olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 - fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 - 4-6 lb fresh turkey breast
- 3 cloves chopped fresh garlic
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons flour
How To Make crockpot meditteranean turkey

Step 1Combine first 9 ingredients in crock pot.

Step 2Add 1/2 of the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4-4 1/2 hours.

Step 3Combine remaining broth and flour with a whisk in small bowl and add to crock pot.

Step 4Cook additional 30 minutes.

Step 5Slice turkey on cutting board or shred it. You can serve it over mashed potatoes or as a sandwich on crusty rolls.
