Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup kalamata (greek) olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 - fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 - 4-6 lb fresh turkey breast
  • 3 cloves chopped fresh garlic
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons flour

How To Make crockpot meditteranean turkey

  • Step 1
    Combine first 9 ingredients in crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Add 1/2 of the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4-4 1/2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Combine remaining broth and flour with a whisk in small bowl and add to crock pot.
  • Step 4
    Cook additional 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Slice turkey on cutting board or shred it. You can serve it over mashed potatoes or as a sandwich on crusty rolls.
