onion, chopped
1/2 c
kalamata (greek) olives, chopped
1/2 c
sun dried tomatoes, chopped
fresh lemon, juiced
1 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground pepper
4-6 lb fresh turkey breast
3 clove
chopped fresh garlic
3/4 c
chicken stock
3 Tbsp

How to Make Crockpot Meditteranean Turkey


  • 1Combine first 9 ingredients in crock pot.
  • 2Add 1/2 of the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4-4 1/2 hours.
  • 3Combine remaining broth and flour with a whisk in small bowl and add to crock pot.
  • 4Cook additional 30 minutes.
  • 5Slice turkey on cutting board or shred it. You can serve it over mashed potatoes or as a sandwich on crusty rolls.
