A tasty, quick turkey dish with a kick. Tenderloins are from the inner turkey breast, near the bone and are very tender. You can find them in bigger supermarkets.

fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb
turkey tenderloin

How to Make Chili-Lime Baked Turkey


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Coat an oblong baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except turkey. Rub mixture onto all surfaces of the turkey.
  • 3Place the turkey in a baking dish and bake 40 minutes, until juices no longer run pink when turkey is pierced, turning turkey over halfway through cooking time.
  • 4Slice the turkey and pour the cooking juices over the slices.
