Ingredients For cheesy turkey salad casserole

  • 4 c
    cooked turkey , chicken, or ham
  • 2 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 c
    chopped seedless grapes
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 4 oz
    can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 c
    wisconsin real cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c
    potato chips, crushed or other chips

How To Make cheesy turkey salad casserole

    Heat oven to 425^. Mix together the first 9 ingredients and pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Cover with cheese; top with the chips. Bake for 15 minutes or long enough to melt the cheese and blend the flavors. Serve hot with cranberry relish and rolls.
