    boneless turkey breast.
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, light
  • 1 tsp
    coriander,thyme,and rosemary
  • 1 tsp
    meat tenderizer, seasoned or plain
  • 10
    strips off bacon
  • 1
    cedar plank.

How to Make Cedar Plank Grilled Turkey Breast,Bob's


  1. Soak plank in water fo 45 to 60 minutes...In a mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients.. Mix well.
    Place turkey breast in a plastic bag.Pour marinade over turkey breast. Seal and turn bag to coat well. Let it set in the refrigerator for 6 to 10 hours. Turning often...
  2. Pre-heat grill to med-high heat..Place turkey breast on soaked plank.(You want grill to read abought 375)... Cover turkey breast with uncooked bacon. Place plank on grill..Grill at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes...Remove from grill and place turkey breast on a plater and let rest for 15 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
