    baby spinach
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 large
    green pepper, juliened
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 c
    cooked, cubed turkey

    dressing
  • 1/4 c
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard

How to Make Broccoli Turkey Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain the pineapple and save 1/4 cup for dressing. I large bowl toss together the vegetables and cooked turkey.
  2. In medium bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients, refrigerate....shake well and pour over salad fixings just when ready to serve......serve with garlic bread...
