- 1 can 8 0unce pineapple chunks
- 3 cups torn salad greens
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large green pepper, juliened
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3 cups cooked, cubed turkey
- - dressing
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Step 1Drain the pineapple and save 1/4 cup for dressing. I large bowl toss together the vegetables and cooked turkey.

Step 2In medium bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients, refrigerate....shake well and pour over salad fixings just when ready to serve......serve with garlic bread...
