My son, who has autism makes these burgers for the family once a week. They are healthy and enjoyed by everyone who eats them. At family Cookouts everyone asks for Brandon's burgers and the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1 medium
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasonall seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Brandon's Favorite Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together except eggs. Beat eggs slightly and add to meat mixture. Mix with hands or wooden spoon. Do not over mix. Form into 9 patties and place on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate patties for one hour or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes per side or until done to your likeness. Serve on buttered and grilled buns with lettuce,sliced tomatoes and your choice of condiments.
