Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 medium yellow onion diced
- 1 can beef broth (14oz)
- 2 cans italian style diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
- 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 large zucchini sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bowtie pasta parmesan

Step 1In a large skilllet brown meat and onion until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 2To the same skillet add beef broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Stir to coat pasta. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Add zucchini, continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes more.

Step 3Return meat to skillet, add parmesan cheese stir to reheat meat and melt cheese.
