1 1/4 lb
ground turkey
1/2 medium
yellow onion diced
1 can(s)
beef broth (14oz)
2 can(s)
italian style diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
3 c
uncooked bow tie pasta
2 large
zucchini sliced
3/4 c
fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Bowtie Pasta Parmesan


  • 1In a large skilllet brown meat and onion until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • 2To the same skillet add beef broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Stir to coat pasta. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Add zucchini, continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes more.
  • 3Return meat to skillet, add parmesan cheese stir to reheat meat and melt cheese.
