blue cheese turkey burgers
This recipe is super easy and a great way to serve turkey burgers! I do not put these on an outdoor grill as it tends to dry them out. The ciabatta rolls add so much but a regular hamburger bun would work just fine.

Ingredients
- 1 pound organic 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustand
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
- 2 - green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 - ciabatta rolls
How To Make blue cheese turkey burgers

Step 1Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper

Step 2Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough. Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.

Step 3Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
