Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers
1 lborganic 93% lean ground turkey
1 Tbspdijon mustand
3 Tbspblue cheese crumbles
2green onions chopped
1 tspkosher salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
How to Make Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers
- Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper
- Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough.
Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.
- Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
