This recipe is super easy and a great way to serve turkey burgers! I do not put these on an outdoor grill as it tends to dry them out. The ciabatta rolls add so much but a regular hamburger bun would work just fine.

prep time 10 Min
cook time 15 Min
method Stove Top
yield 4 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustand
  • 3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 - green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 - ciabatta rolls

How To Make blue cheese turkey burgers

  • Step 1
Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper
  • Step 2
Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough. Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.
  • Step 3
Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
