This is a new way to make a turkey burger, add a little bacon! They are so good, quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 12 slice
    bacon
  • 1 pkg
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • ·
    slices of cheese, optional
  • 6
    hamburger buns

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook bacon until limp; cool.
  2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt.
  3. Add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Shape into 6 - 1/2" inch thick patties.
  5. Crisscross 2 slices of bacon on each patty. Tuck ends under; secure with wooden picks.
  6. Barbeque or broil.
  7. A slice of cheese can be added in the last minute of cooking. Serve on buns.
