How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Burgers
- 1Cook bacon until limp; cool.
- 2Mix turkey, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
- 3Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Shape into 6 - 1/2" inch thick patties.
- 5Crisscross 2 slices of bacon on each patty, tucking ends under; secure with wooden picks.
- 6Barbeque or broil. A slice of cheese can be added in the last minute of cooking. Serve on buns.
