I wanted to make a low cal dinner that tasted delicious. While going down the spice aisle i noticed that there was a spice i hadn't used...smoked paprika. I decided to add that i with the turkey and it needed some green. So i added the parsley that is great for digestion! Shallots are also a great way to use onions with my kids by keeping it mild. They always love when i make this. It's a family favorite!
