I just joined this site. My future Daughter-In-Law,thought I'd be interested in it to give me more experience with the use of a computer. I'm enjoying myself. This 1 Point Chili was given to me by a co-worker after we had a contest of the biggest loser at work.All my 62 pound lost in 15 weeks had to do with my collecting information of the Weight Watchers program without stepping into a group meeting which is not my ideal place.My co-workers were my,"Cheering Squad".

Ingredients
- 10 ounces ground turkey breast
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 - 15 ounces cans diced tomatoes
- 2 small zucchini diced
- 2 small yellow squash diced
- 1 small can black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 - 15 ounces cans fat free beef broth
- 4 - celery stalks diced
- 2 small green bell peppers
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 2 cans tomato paste ( if you want )
How To Make 1 point chili
