It's a delicious way to enjoy fish by grilling it on the BBQ. This flavorful healthy meal can be enjoyed either as an appetizer or as a main course.

Ingredients
- FISH RUB
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- CREAMY DILL SAUCE
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as cholula®
- TACO
- 1 pound halibut (substitute mahi mahi or orata)
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- fresh chives, chopped
- slice red cabbage, for garnish
- slice ripe avocado, for garnish
- fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
- 1 lime wedge per taco
How To Make grilled fish tacos

Step 1For fish rub; mix all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

Step 2For creamy dill sauce; whisk all ingredients in a bowl, cover and transfer to the fridge

Step 3Rinse fish under cold water and pat dry. Brush the top of fish with canola oil, and sprinkle with *Fish Rub, covering the entire surface on both sides. Let stand for 5 to 7 minutes while starting BBQ.

Step 4When it reaches 500ºF, brush grill with oil. Place fish, close lid and grill 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side depending of the thickness or until cooked.

Step 5Remove from heat and shred fish with 2 forks into large chunks. Grill tortillas over direct heat until slightly charred and just warm, about 10-15 seconds per side.

Step 6Divide fish amount tacos. Sprinkle chives, then garnish with red cabbage and sliced avocado. Spoon dill cream sauce and finish with chopped cilantro
