Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork shoulder butt
  • 2 cans green chiles, mild
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce green
  • 1 box chicken stock
  • 1 - large yellow onion

How To Make green chile shredded crock pot pork butt

  • Step 1
    Cut onion into medium sized chunks, Or leave onion whole to remove from the crock pot later if you don’t want super soft onions mixed in with your meat.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients into crock pot & cook on low for 7-8 hrs.
  • Step 3
    Pull meat from juices & shred with forks.
  • Step 4
    Place shredded pork back into juices to cool until ready to eat.
  • Step 5
    Pack inside of your favorite tortilla with your favorite green chili sauce & cilantro. Devour!
