Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork shoulder butt
- 2 cans green chiles, mild
- 2 cans enchilada sauce green
- 1 box chicken stock
- 1 - large yellow onion
How To Make green chile shredded crock pot pork butt

Step 1Cut onion into medium sized chunks, Or leave onion whole to remove from the crock pot later if you don’t want super soft onions mixed in with your meat.

Step 2Combine all ingredients into crock pot & cook on low for 7-8 hrs.

Step 3Pull meat from juices & shred with forks.

Step 4Place shredded pork back into juices to cool until ready to eat.

Step 5Pack inside of your favorite tortilla with your favorite green chili sauce & cilantro. Devour!
