This recipe is always a hit at my house whether it is a large group or just my small family. My kids love this recipe and i have not found anyone yet who doesn't love this meal. This recipe is easy to double, triple with out any sweat.

2 lgchicken breast

1 canblack beans
-
1 canpinto beans
-
2 Tbsphomemade taco seasoning

1 cwater
-
1green pepper
-
1red pepper
-
1yellow pepper

2onions
-
greek yogurt
-
shredded cheese

2 canrefried beans

2 pkgtostadas
How To Make clean eating tacos

1Combine chicken, beans, water and seasoning in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours

2Last 15 minutes of cooking shred chicken and then put back in crock pot and let cook last 15 minutes

3While the mixture cooks the last 15 min. you are going to want to saute your onions and peppers. Also cook your refried beans.

4once all is cooked. You place chicken mixture on tostada top with sauted mixture, Greek yogurt and cheese (Greek yogurt replaces sour cream). Your Refried beans can either go on top or as a side.
