A soul satisfying reduced carb meal, I could eat this everyday!!! Prep time included ONLY dicing chicken and mixing ingredients together and heating pita bread.

Ingredients

  • - **diced or chopped chicken
  • - **pico de gall
  • - **grated cheese
  • - **low carb pita bread

How To Make chicken pita taco's reduced carb

  • Step 1
    I used leftover grilled chicken but rotisserie chicken would work great. Remove from bone and dice or chop. Pop in microwave to heat while toasting pita's.
  • Step 2

  • Step 3
    Low carb pita bread.
  • Step 4
    In a bowl mix chicken, pico and cheese together. Cut pita's in half and gently slide a knife in each half to loosen them. On a comal or griddle toast on each side till hot. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Stuff and serve! Enjoy
