Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4-6 lamb loin chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make pan-fried "asian" lamb chops

Step 1In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.

Step 2Place chops in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over chops. Turn them to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

Step 3Heat oil over medium high in a skillet (preferably cast iron). When hot, add chops and cook about 5 minutes per side. Let rest in pan, off heat, for a few minutes, and then serve,
