New York Strips with Mushroom Sauce

Amy Herald

Every Friday is steak night in our house. Sometimes I get tired of the same old steak. This is a wonderful mushroom sauce for steaks, that mixes it up a bit. You could serve it over any cut of steak you like or even over hamburgers.
