Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3 large pork chops, center cut, boneless
- 1 package savory herb and garlic soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chardonnay
How To Make loki’s slow cooked pork chops

Step 1Sauté onions in multi cooker or pan and add to the slow cooker

Step 2Lay chops on top of onions

Step 3Sprinkle herb soup mix over chops and cover with can of mushroom soup and pour Chardonnay over.

Step 4Cover and set the cooker for at least 1 hours (for fresh cuts, 2 hours for frozen cuts) up to 4 hours. Check for liquid at 3 hours. If the liquid is below the chops you can add a little more wine or water

Step 5Suggest to serve over brown rice (109 cal/half cup) or mashed potatoes (128 cal/half cup no butter/milk/or sour cream).
