Another recipe that’s especially good for busy cooks (working mom’s of young kids?). Quick prep, set and go! A high protein favorite when mine were little! Can add a fourth chop to this recipe as it is too

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 large
    onion sliced
  • 3 large
    pork chops, center cut, boneless
  • 1 pkg
    savory herb and garlic soup mix
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c

How to Make Loki’s Slow Cooked Pork Chops


  1. Sauté onions in multi cooker or pan and add to the slow cooker
  2. Lay chops on top of onions
  3. Sprinkle herb soup mix over chops and cover with can of mushroom soup and pour Chardonnay over.
  4. Cover and set the cooker for at least 1 hours (for fresh cuts, 2 hours for frozen cuts) up to 4 hours. Check for liquid at 3 hours. If the liquid is below the chops you can add a little more wine or water
  5. Suggest to serve over brown rice (109 cal/half cup) or mashed potatoes (128 cal/half cup no butter/milk/or sour cream).
