Ingredients
- 1 pound swordfish steaks
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 - fresh lemon (juice only)
- 2 tablespoons small capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, thinly sliced
How To Make swordfish with tomatoes, capers and mint

Step 1Season swordfish with salt and pepper.

Step 2Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet, add garlic and cook until aromatic, then remove the garlic from the pan.

Step 3Add the fish to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Set fish aside and keep warm.

Step 4Add the cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, capers and mint to the pan and cook until the tomatoes start to soften.

Step 5Serve sauce over fish.
