Ingredients For sicilian seafood pasta

  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 3 clove
    garlic ,minced
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley chopped
  • 1 box
    pasta of choice
  • 2 lb
    asst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops
  • salt and pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    capers
  • optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs

How To Make sicilian seafood pasta

  • 1
    in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers
  • 2
    bring to low boil
  • 3
    add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened
  • 4
    cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
