Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1/2 c
olive oil
1/4 c
butter
3 clove
garlic ,minced
1/2 c
dry white wine
2 c
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
parsley chopped
1 box
pasta of choice
2 lb
asst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp
capers
optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs

How to Make Sicilian Seafood Pasta

Step-by-Step

  • 1in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers
  • 2bring to low boil
  • 3add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened
  • 4cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
