Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic ,minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 box pasta of choice
  • 2 pounds asst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops
  • - salt and pepper
  • - cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • - optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs

How To Make sicilian seafood pasta

  • Step 1
    in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers
  • Step 2
    bring to low boil
  • Step 3
    add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened
  • Step 4
    cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
