  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 clove
    garlic ,minced
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley chopped
  • 1 box
    pasta of choice
  • 2 lb
    asst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs

How to Make Sicilian Seafood Pasta


  1. in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers
  2. bring to low boil
  3. add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened
  4. cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
