Ingredients For sicilian seafood pasta

1/2 colive oil

1/4 cbutter

3 clovegarlic ,minced

1/2 cdry white wine

2 cheavy cream

2 Tbspparsley chopped

1 boxpasta of choice

2 lbasst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops

salt and pepper

cayenne pepper

2 Tbspcapers

optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs
How To Make sicilian seafood pasta

1in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers

2bring to low boil
-
3add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened

4cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
