Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic ,minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 2 pounds asst seafood ..mussels, shrimp, clams scallops
- - salt and pepper
- - cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons capers
- - optional..olives, artichoke hearts, fried breadcrumbs
How To Make sicilian seafood pasta

Step 1in saucepan ,heat oil, saute garlic, add wine, cream, salt, pepper, capers

Step 2bring to low boil

Step 3add seafood, stir lower heat, cook till seafood is opaque and shells have opened

Step 4cook pasta al dente, drain, remove seafood from pan and coat pasta with sauce, spread on platter, put seafood on top and garnish with fried breadcrumbs or parsley
