  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 pounds medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 cup water
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

How To Make shrimp in coconut milk (ginataang hipon)

  • Step 1
    In a medium pot, bring coconut milk and water to a boil. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp just turn pink. Turn off heat.
  • Step 2
    Stir in spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Serve with rice.
