This dish tastes as good as it looks. The Char flavor on the seared cod gives a nice nod to the slightly spicy southwestern sauce accented by the cilantro and lime flavors of the rice.

I'm definitely adding this cilantro lime rice to my menu, it's delicious. It has a fresh flavor that's perfect for summer and complements the southwestern flavors in the rest of the recipe. If you love seafood, you'll love this fresh recipe. The Test Kitchen
