scallop & shrimp scampi over pasta

Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti
- 8 - scallops
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1/8 cup parsely
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1/4 stick butter, cold
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups pinot grigio
How To Make scallop & shrimp scampi over pasta

Step 1Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta.

Step 2In a Sauce pan add a 1 Tbsp of olive oil and cook your Scallops on Medium-High heat to get a nice caramel look on your scallops.

Step 3Remove Scallops and lower the heat.

Step 4Add your 2 cups of Pinot Grigio and Garlic.

Step 5Take your 1/4 of butter and dunk it in the flour. When the Pinot Grigio starts to boil add your butter and parsley. Bring it down to low and add your uncooked shrimp. (Note: If you have cooked shrimp wait to the end to add it. - Literally the last-minute)

Step 6Drain your pasta

Step 7Turn off the heat on the saucepan and add your scallops.

Step 8Now you are ready to plate and Enjoy!
